We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. The HRBP will partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, driving talent management strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture. This role will leverage cross-functional partnerships with Centers of Expertise (CoEs) such as Rewards, People Services Hub, Mobility, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Employee Relations to deliver integrated HR solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead talent management strategies including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
- Collaborate with CoEs such as Rewards, People Services Hub, Mobility, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Employee Relations to deliver cohesive HR solutions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop proactive strategies to address workforce challenges.
- Support organizational change initiatives with HR expertise and effective communication.

**Requirements**:
**Basic**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics to drive decision-making.

**Preferred**:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
