The **Analyst, IT - Enterprise Resilience** is a member of a **Resilience and Recovery **Team **and will be assisting in the below activities to help support the Enterprise Resilience effort, working closely with BISO’s and IT Service SME’s.

**Your team**
The Global Information Technology Centers are focused on being a stronger business partner, aligned to deliver on the technology needs and maintaining global support and shared expertise to advance digital capabilities across the enterprise. Our IT function is made up of employees with varied backgrounds and knowledge. This diversity of skills and expertise allows us to bring creative and innovative solutions.

**What you'll be doing**
- Performs analysis of documented disaster recovery strategies/plans to recovery scenarios, identifies gaps and tracks remediation accordingly.
- Verifies the recovery time objectives and recovery point objectives are documented and verified during all testing necessary for a successful DR execution.
- Performing assessments for both internal functions that address the specific disaster recovery risks.
- Contributes to all deliverables and recommended improvements resulting from the work performed as part of BC/DR projects.
- Monitors the effectiveness of corrective actions and recommends cost-effective preventive measures to preclude recurrences.
- Engages with stakeholder groups across the organization to drive necessary BC/DR-related documentation and meet organizational deadlines
- Supports the BC/DR aspect of various audits and assessments to ensure that all outstanding findings and gaps are resolved by IT system/ business owners.
- Provides guidance and direction in the development of Disaster Recovery program and evolution of the DR Strategy/Framework for ongoing maturity.
- Other duties as assigned by Enterprise Resilience Program Lead

**What you'll bring**
- Knowledge & skills typically resulting from 2 or more years’ related experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning required.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of current business continuity and disaster recovery planning techniques and technologies.
- Work experience in computer support, compliance, governance, audit, risk management, or IT operations preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player and work with people of all backgrounds and at all levels.
- Ability to take initiative, use sound judgment, make independent decisions and demonstrate agility while working with tight deadlines.
