Fraud Ops Analyst 2

El analista de Operaciones de Fraude 2 es un puesto de nível intermedio responsable de contribuir al desarrollo de políticas, procesos y procedimientos de gestión de fraude a fin de minimizar el impacto del fraude junto con el equipo de Operaciones - Servicios. El objetivo general de este puesto es administrar pérdidas por fraude al asegurarse de que los analistas tomen decisiones correctas a través de la metodología de equilibrio de riesgos y recompensas.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Analizar tendencias de fraude, realizar una investigación sobre pérdidas y analizar datos referentes al tipo de pérdida para determinar patrones de fraude.
- Validar datos de manera independiente, en apoyo al personal de administración de fraude.
- Asistir en la implementación de la estrategia comercial mediante el desarrollo y la creación de análisis y sistemas de información administrativa.
- Hacer recomendaciones relacionadas con la prevención del fraude y el control de pérdidas, y garantizar la calidad de las tareas y los servicios proporcionados.
- Proporcionar orientación y aportes a los equipos de departamento, interdisciplinarios o entre áreas que se enfoquen en proyectos o en la mejora de procesos.
- Controlar, evaluar, analizar o examinar los procesos y datos, e identificar brechas en las políticas y formular políticas.
- Interpretar datos y hacer recomendaciones, y tener un conocimiento práctico básico de las prácticas y normas de la industria
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia
**Calificaciones**:
- Entre 0 y 2 años de experiência en un puesto relacionado.
- Demuestra una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa de manera constante.
- Capacidad demostrada de permanecer imparcial en un ambiente de trabajo diverso.
**Educación**:
- Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiência equivalente.
Conocimientos de Excel, Access, SAS deseable.
Conocimientos de MIS y análisis de datos.
Conocimientos de Inglés avanzado. (enfoque en redacción)
Experiência en área de fraudes deseable.
