Como Técnico en Soporte de IT/Helpdesk de Enteracloud, estarás encargado de dar soporte técnico a nuestros clientes (Tier 1 Level) de Estados Unidos y Canadá, tanto por teléfono como por correo electrónico.
En esta posición, tendrás la oportunidad de interactuar directamente con desarrolladores, ingenieros de nível 2 y 3, clientes y trabajar con diversas tecnologías, como aplicaciones de terceros (SharePoint, 3CX, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, etc.).

**Actividades principales**:
- Brindar soporte a los clientes de manera oportuna.
- Realizar la administración de usuarios y el soporte de aplicaciones.
- Seguimiento de tickets asignados y entrantes.
- Comunicar y compartir conocimiento con el equipo interno.
- Seguimiento de tickets para proporcionar una resolución oportuna y comunicarse con los clientes sobre cualquier actualización o inconveniente.
- Adherirse al proceso interno de escalamiento, seguridad e informes.
- Solucionar y resolver problemas de acuerdo con la prioridad y la urgencia.
- Trabajar junto a los equipos de soporte de los clientes para solucionar problemas o proyectos de TI involucrados.
- Participar en proyectos de mejora para los equipos de IT Helpdesk, como cursos de formación académica y certificaciones.
**Requisitos**:
- 1-2 años de experiência trabajando en soporte técnico o puesto similar.
- Experiência trabajando con un sistema de tickets.
- Experiência con Office 365.
- Habilidad y experiência en servicio al cliente
- Dominio del idioma Inglés (verbal y escrito)
- Habilidad para comunicarse y de resolución de problemas.
