Funciones:

- Gestión/Administración de cuentas de clientes, proporcionar un servicio personalizado, desarrollar una relación con los clientes, resolver proactivamente problemas y fallas en comunicación. Ser un enlace entre las áreas de operaciones, logística, compras, crédito, ingeniería, calidad y metalurgia para gestionar todos los aspectos relacionados con las órdenes de venta y trabajo dentro de la planta.
- Manejo de todas las facetas del proceso de administración de pedidos incluyendo cuentas que requieren administrar el inventario del cliente y el procesamiento externo.
- Gestionar pedidos de compras de clientes e ingresar pedidos al sistema interno.
- Administrar la entrega JIT (just in time) a los clientes, incluida la supervisión del nível adecuado de inventario de sustrato y seguimiento en cada fase del proceso del material.
- Gestión de inventarios de semi productos y bobinas de segundas y desechos (scrap).
- Gestión de cuentas por cobrar y cuentas por pagar en cooperación con la sección de Contabilidad
- Apego a la política ambiental
