We are looking for a knowledgeable Facilities Coordinator to ensure an optimal working environment in our Manufacturing Plant Facilities. In this role you will be the responsible for promoting an efficient and safe environment and coordinates the facilities team to meet Maintenance Plans and Operational needs. Your responsabilities will include: - Act as the primary contact for the facilities area - Provides facilities and field support management services conducting facilities inspections and coordinating execution of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules - Leads and coordinates Maintenance Technicians and outside specialized services (contractors) to meet operations requirements - Leads and coordinates the Facilities Maintenance team to meet, business plans, KPI’s and department main goals - Provides technical oversight for facilities refurbishment projects - Advises manufacturing leaders on facilities and infrastructure issues - Manage the Facilities Management System and coordinate workflows for the department - Maintain relationships with vendors and other outside specialized services - Prepares cost estimates for building maintenance and renovations and specialized services as well - Develop plans and programs that meet present and anticipated space and facility requirements - Evaluates completed work and checks for conformance to specifications - Negotiate with external suppliers the required services - Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules and budgets - Identifying and implementing innovations and opportunities to improve service performance

Experiência y requisitos
- A combination of a minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance and construction, design and construction of housing, office, hangars and warehouses, development of construction cost estimates and construction specifications to support renovations. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, Microsoft Project, AUTOCAD, M9. - Experience in writing and authoring weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. - Fully bilingual
