**Human Resources Intern**

Steelcase Monterrey is offering an Internship opportunity with the Human Resources team as a **Human Resources **Intern**, this person will provide services and support to the Center of Excellence and Shared Services teams; Responsible for executing tasks based on established processes and procedures relating to the following:

- Data management tasks: Data entry of new hires, terminations and employee changes on HR systems
- To the life cycle of the employee including: benefits, compensation, exit management, health & safety, learning & development, rewards & recognition, staffing & recruitment, and talent management.
- Participate in continuous process improvement and development team(s) to improve current processes and implement new processes.
- You will be actively learning of the Center of Excellence

**Who you are**

**Required Skills or Competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Human Resources, or any Business degree.
- Basic - intermediate Excel is required.
- To graduate at least on December 2023 or later
- Fluent in English is a must for this role.
- Availability to work from 7am
- 4pm.
- Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus

- You have interest in learning and connecting the dots between the Centers of Excellence to execute processes and provide solutions to employees
