Founded in 2019, we help small and medium-sized enterprises in the United States and Canada with specialized services and provide high-quality people solutions.

The Human Resources Department is looking for **Talent Sourcers for our offices in Mexico City and Guadalajara **to accomplish our goal. The objective of this position is to communicate with Talent Acquisition Consultants about the available positions and their requirements. Some of our most popular positions are; Customer Service Representative, Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeper, Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk, Property Manager, Community Association Manager, and Maintenance Coordinator, among others.

**The main duties of this position are**:

- Communicates with Talent Acquisition Consultants for the available positions and their requirements
- Manages phone screenings
- Develops database for current and future hires
- Other duties that may be assigned

**Schedule** - Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00

**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
