**What you’ll do**:
**Resumen**

La función principal de este puesto es brindar asistencia al usuario final, proveer soporte durante el ciclo de vida de los dispositivos de Tecnologías de la Información y garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos de Eaton con una supervisión mínima. Nuestros clientes incluyen a todos los usuarios de Eaton (locales y remotos).**Responsabilidades**

Implementación, configuración y soporte de hardware (computadora, computadora portátil, móvil, impresión, etc.), sistemas operativos de cliente y software de productividad para usuarios finales.- Siga los procesos de Gestión de Servicios de Tecnologías de la Información (ITSM): gestión de activos, gestión de cambios, gestión de incidentes, gestión de solicitudes, gestión de problemas y gestión de proyectos para servir a los usuarios finales y mantener altos níveles de rendimiento para lograr acuerdos de nível de servicio.
- Responsable de la actualización anual del plan de recuperación ante desastres de Tecnologías de la Información, así como de caminar el plan con las partes interesadas si es necesario.
- Participar en aplicaciones, infraestructura, seguridad, excelencia operativa y actividades de soporte según sea necesario.
- Ayudar con el soporte de sistemas de Tecnologías de la Información basados en el sitio.
- Participar en la resolución de los principales problemas y problemas informáticos. Participe en los esfuerzos relacionados con el análisis de la causa raíz y la gestión de problemas según sea necesario.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Enlace entre Tecnologías de la Información y usuarios para impulsar los estándares de Tecnologías de la Información. Defender, influir y garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares y políticas de Tecnologías de la Información. Comparta información sobre las mejores prácticas con los usuarios finales para aumentar la satisfacción y la productividad del usuario.
- Participar en auditorías internas relacionadas con procesos, procedimientos, software y sistemas de Tecnologías de la Información. Influya en el presupuesto, la previsión y el gasto para la infraestructura de Tecnologías de la Información según sea necesario.
- Cumpla siempre con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, que incluyen, entre otros: ética, protección de datos, seguridad de la información, recursos humanos y políticas y procedimientos de cumplimiento. Proteja la información y los activos físicos de Eaton.

**Qualifications**:
**Nível de educación requerido**
- Licenciatura concluida, preferentemente con titulo o constancia
- Al menos 2 años de experiência en Tecnologias de la Información
- Inglés conversacional: Intermedio
- Certificación de ITIL fundaciones
- Certificación CompTIA A +"
