**Misión:
Apoyar en el desarrollo integral y continuo de las habilidades y actitudes de los colaboradores, fomentando las competencias técnico/funcionales basándonos en los NCBP (NESTLÉ CORPORATE BUSINESS PRINCIPLES), NMLP (THE NESTLÉ MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES) y las necesidades del Negocio, impactando así el logro de sus objetivos, apoyando en la asesoría estratégica de los negocios a su cargo.

**Principales responsabilidades:
- FORMACIÓN: Cooperar con el desarrollo del plan de capacitación anual con base en el modelo educativo, a través de administrar su ejecución y dar seguimiento a la calidad de los cursos. Asegurar que las actividades relacionadas con los entrenamientos, tales como la invitación, reservaciones, inscripciones, preparación de material y evaluar la calidad del curso, sean realizadas para cumplir con los SLA (Service Level Agreements), que apoyen el desarrollo de las 13 competencia corporativas.
- CAPACITACIÓN: Detectar necesidades de entrenamiento a través de las diferentes técnicas y herramientas de diagnóstico de la capacitación, con el propósito de mejorar el nível de competencias del personal. Establecer planes de capacitación, formación y desarrollo, como resultado del diagnóstico, para facilitar la actualización y cierre de GAP´s de competencias del personal.
- COMPLIANCE: Cumplir con los requerimientos legales en materia de capacitación ante la STPS y autoridades afines, así como los indicadores de entrenamiento del Corporativo de Nestlé. Así como la recepción de auditorías por parte de autoridades externas e internas
- ON BORDING: Coordinar proceso de inducción integral para el personal de nuevo ingreso, de acuerdo con las especificaciones tanto del puesto como corporativas, para asegurar la adaptación e integración del colaborador a su puesto de trabajo y a la organización, así como la entrega de ruta de entrenamiento al personal y su seguimiento al término de la misma
- PRESUPUESTO: Administrar el presupuesto y presentar informes a cada negocio o unidad de soporte, mediante el seguimiento de los gastos a la fecha, y gestionar el proceso P2P.
- METODOLOGÍA: Liderazgo e implementación del pilar de educación y entrenamiento en los cuatro roles (coaching, assessment, training, metodología)
- FORMACIÓN DUAL: Realizar el plan de rotación de puestos, selección de los alumnos, selección de los maestros y seguimiento a través de la implementación del programa durante la carrera a seleccionar
- EVALUACIÓN: Coordinar y evaluar los programas y cursos : materiales, instructores, aulas, etc., con el propósito de cumplir con el objetivo establecido en el programa de capacitación asi como asegurar las condiciones optimas de las salas y el equipo asignado al área de capacitación.

**Requisitos:
- Titulado: Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración, Comunicación, Pedagogía, o similares.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Tres a cuatro años de experiência
- Alta adaptabilidad
