Remote - Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for a trustworthy maintenance coordinator to take charge of all incoming maintenance requests. To be successful, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and be able to think on your feet.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage work order flow from creation to completion
- Manage software as required to support work order flow
- Assist Tenants in troubleshooting everyday maintenance items such as stuck garbage disposals or tripped electrical/GFCI breakers
- Researching maintenance history of properties to best address maintenance issues, identify prior work completed,
- Check if the warranty is in place for work or appliances.
- Assign work order to fit vendor best
- Secure and approve work estimates as required
- Verify invoice accuracy and submit to accounting for payment and closing out of work order
- Collaborates with team members for updates and workflow transition handoffs
- Regularly communicate with Property owners and Tenants regarding the Work Orders

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in similar positions
- Great troubleshooting experience: understands how to walk customers through an issue to understand the problem truly
- 1+ Years using Appfolio Management Software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail.
- Repair work experience preferred.

- Salary: 8-10 USD per hour. Salary review within 3 months.

- Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)
