**Your position and environment?**
Our **Faurecia Automotive Seating - North America Seating Division** is looking for you as a **Program Controlling Manager **M/F for our site in** Puebla, México.**
**Overall responsibilities and duties**:
The Program Controller Manager is responsible for financial activities including costs, Program financial profitability and support for any new programs.
He/She oversees financial activities, including budgeting, month-end reporting, internal controls, and year-end audits.
**The main missions of the role are**:
- Evaluates month end financial reporting of the manufacturing plants.
- Reviews updates to Business Plans for programs.
- Reviews results and oversee accounting practices at each plant.
- Responsible for budgeting.
- Provides financial guidance to any and all Business Unit personnel.
- Formalizes and develops internal financial systems for the JIT plants, including internal controls.
- Other duties and special projects assigned
- Ensures month end reports are prepared and are on time.
- Reviews the General Ledger entries and adjust as needed.
- Works with other Faurecia support departments to ensure needs are satisfied.
- Handles any ad-hoc projects that come up that affect the Business Unit.
- Leads Business Unit budgeting process and prepare Management presentations.
- Supervises plant controllers.

**Minimum education level**:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.**:
