En Transnetwork estamos buscando un **Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialust** comprometido y organizado para unirse a nuestro equipo en la Ciudad de México. Reportarás directamente al líder de Talent Acquisition nuestra gerente de cuentas, y trabajarás estrechamente con otros departamentos y paises.

Buscamos a una persona que sea capaz de alinear cada contratación con la visión y los valores de nuestra organización. Necesita ser un estratega del talento, un comunicador nato, y tener una pasión genuina por conectar a las personas adecuadas con las oportunidades correctas.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Gestionar el ciclo completo de reclutamiento, desde el kick off con los managers hasta la incorporación, para posiciones que van desde níveles operativos hasta níveles senior o gerenciales.
- **Realizar entrevistas **por competencias, **aplicando** metodologías como **HCD, Scrum y STAR,** para garantizar una alineación precisa con nuestras necesidades estratégicas.
- Colaborar con los líderes de negocio, actuando como un **consultor estratégico **para alinear los procesos de selección con las tendencias del mercado y las necesidades organizacionales.
- **Liderar iniciativas de employer branding** que refuercen nuestra posición como empleador de elección en mercados competitivos.
- Analizar y reportar métricas clave de rendimiento en reclutamiento, utilizando estos datos para mejorar continuamente los procesos y desarrollar nuevas estrategias.
- Gestionar relaciones con proveedores estratégicos, asegurando que sus servicios apoyen nuestras metas de adquisición de talento.
- Supervisar y capacitar al equipo de Talent Acquisition, promoviendo las mejores prácticas y fomentando una cultura de aprendizaje continuo.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración o áreas afines.
- 5 a 7 años de experiência en reclutamiento, con un enfoque en posiciones senior y roles críticos.
- **Experiência en** la aplicación de técnicas de **HCD, Scrum y STAR** en procesos de reclutamiento.
- Conocimientos avanzados de software y herramientas de gestión (JIRA, Trello, Slack) y ATS **(Workday, es un Plus).**:

- Habilidades de comunicación asertiva, adaptabilidad y orientación a resultados.
- Inglés avanzado -bilingüe.
