We are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment strategy forward. This is a key role that will ensure we attract and engage the best talent globally, focusing on building strong relationships with Hiring Managers and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet business needs, aligned with our long-term workforce plans.
- Collaborate with Business and HR teams to understand job requirements and stakeholders' needs.
- Design and manage recruitment strategies, responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage job advertising and posting, including developing job descriptions and specifications for external recruiting agencies.
- Analyze resumes, conduct screening interviews, assist managers with interviews, test/rank candidates, check references, and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
- Facilitate assessments to evaluate technical and behavioral capabilities.
- Build talent communities by representing the organization at employment fairs and participating in campus recruiting activities.
- Work closely with the Marketing department to develop creative ways to address talent acquisition challenges.
- Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with market intelligence and trends to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
- Create and present monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
- Manage the ATS to track recruitment processes accurately and enable reporting on recruiting performance and metrics.
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.).
- Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
- Engage and coach hiring managers to deliver an effective recruiting process.
- Use data to influence stakeholders on their requirements versus market reality.
- Understand market trends within specific fields/niche fields and build strategies to overcome difficulties.
- Write compelling adverts to attract talent.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. You should have advanced conversational English skills, a deep understanding of talent acquisition and onboarding best practices, and familiarity with tools and technologies used in recruiting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, networking skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, presentation skills, and active listening skills.
