The thyssenkrupp Business Unit Dynamic Components is one of the leading automotive suppliers and development partners for highly complex drive technologies. Around 3,500 employees produce 27 million drive components per year at a total of ten locations in Germany, Liechtenstein, Hungary, China, the USA, Brazil and Mexico. The product range mainly comprises assembled camshafts, valve train systems and rotor shafts for state-of-the-art combustion, hybrid and electric engines. Further products for battery electric vehicles are already at an advanced stage of development. **Qué esperamos**: Provide support in the installation of new production equipment and/or machinery. Performs routine inspections and testing of equipment and machinery to ensure mínimal process interruption. Troubleshoot specific machine parts or a set of machines. Executes preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment and/or machinery. Gives immediate response to alerts and messages issued by departments requiring support such as production, engineering, quality, etc. Develop standard operating procedures for machinery under the supervision of a superior and ensure that all members of the production plant follow these procedures while operating machinery or industrial equipment. Clearly documents maintenance activities as well as repairs made during their workday. May participate in training production personnel on routine maintenance procedures.
**A quién buscamos**:
- Basic knowledge of PLC based on Siemens and Beckhoff platforms.
- Knowledge of CNC machinery, grinding machines, assembly lines, as well as automated systems.
- Experience and handling of pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and control systems.
- Basic knowledge of ABB, FANUC and KUKA robots.
- Basic knowledge of the IATF16949 standard.
- RCA troubleshooting analysis.
- Engineering or TSU in industrial maintenance, electronics, mechanics, or related career.
- 1 to 2 years of experience working in the industry, preferably automotive.
