**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The Commercial Insights & Planning team commercializes initiatives across categories, channels & customers, leads major cross-functional whitespace initiatives, collaborates with the marketing innovation team, and translates to meet resource requirements and annual operating plan. This position will require the Quaker **Commercial Sr. Analyst** to drive the Quaker Growth Office strategies and brand commercial agenda for Quaker business. The Business Quaker **Commercial Sr. Analyst** will be the prime mover for these brand and will report to the Buisness Commercial Lead.

The **Quaker** **Commercial Sr. Analyst** is responsible for supporting the US stakeholder (Brand Director) in partnering with all functions at multiple levels to deliver end to end execution for innovation and program activation.

This role closely partners with marketing, supply chain and a broader commercial team to deliver the annual operating plan for their designated brands.

**Your Impact**

As **Quaker** **Commercial Sr. Analyst** your functions would consist:

- Deliver the annual net revenue plan
- Lead the commercial activation and integration of Playbook programing with the brand partners.
- Responsible for creation, accuracy and timeliness of Playbook sell sheets in conjunction with the brand team
- Responsible for specific initiatives, managing end-to-end execution: BPs and the taskforce leadership of specific brand/customer initiatives
- Project Management and Leadership - Lead follow-ups and collaborate with cross functional partners on all aspects of specific initiatives to ensure timelines and that the initiative is set up for in-market success
- Responsible to review all BPs ensuring accuracy at all times
- Support the development of initiative forecast
- supporting analytics (proxy measures, etc)
- Interact with internal Brand Teams and teams in Task Force to deliver on key process documentation and tasks to ensure seamless progression
- Collaborates with finance, sales, and product supply on forecasts, determining go-to-market/ distribution strategies for new items
- Communication Liaison - Provide linkage between all internal (Brand teams/Quaker Sales/Supply Chain, finance) and Quaker retail teams on key Commercialization communication.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Fluent English written and verbal skills required
- Intermediate to Advance Excel skills for data extracts,analysis and reporting required
- 1+ years prior Commercial/Marketing/Sales/Supply Chain experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven success gaining cross-functional alignment, and ability to influence to gain project / commercial support.
