**Sales and Customer Service Coordinator**
Sales and Customer Service coordinator will be responsible for a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service. He/She will ensure that the team is compliant with the policies and procedures of the organization and offer consistency in service delivery. They will oversee the work of every member of the team and assist them in resolving customer complaints, improving customer service, and maintaining satisfied customers.
Keeping also as of date al Administrative Process Documentation related with Prices, Quotes, Invoicing for Customers.
To be successful as a customer service coordinator, you should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and promote the vision of the organization.
**MAIN ACTIVITIES**
- Delivery times negotiation.
- Customer Service
- Forecast validation /variance analysis.
- Monitoring Shipments
- Invoicing.
- Follow-up of different requirements of customers with internal departments
- Coordination of Activities with the Team / Organization.
- New projects follow-up
- Scorecard follow-up.
- KPI’s monitoring
- Handling of Documents related with APQP
- ISO Documentation Updates
- Creation of Reports
- Administration of Sales Documentation.
- Customer Web Portals Administration (Commercial Information)
- Handling /Control of RFQ-Quoting Process.
- Prices Updates at System
- Internal Communication

- Commercial Department.
**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
