**THE JOB**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- ** Understands and applies Information Technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities**
- ** Partner with internal Information Technology organizations is important but also working with other cross-functional business units to ensure compliance and adherence to Colgate methodologies and policies**
- ** Support activities working closely with other Governance teams with focus on creation of solutions to help compliance in audit and risk and compliance strategies.**
- ** Adoption and proper use of our Information Technology project management methodology during projects implementation to comply with GIT governance practices and audit requirements**
- ** Ability to collaborate across the organization with various teams such as risk, audits, operations, etc.**
- ** Build and maintain positive relationships with GIT peers, business partners, customers and external resources**
- ** Participate and contribute in special projects or initiatives such as institutional programs, committees and others.**

**EDUCATION**:

- ** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or Business**
- ** Bilingual - Strong english and spanish oral and written**

**EXPERIENCE**:

- ** Very strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms**
- ** Strong data analytics and problem solving skills**
- ** Ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, and technologies**
- ** Strong desire to continue to learn new technologies and processes**

**Required Skills**:

- ** A proven track record of performance with 1-3 years on IT role developing solutions**
- ** Experience with HTML/CSS/Java or equivalent object oriented programming and scripting language**
- ** Strong desire to expand knowledge of Governance Data; data privacy, data handling and global data regulations**

**Desired Experience**:

- ** Functional knowledge in IT Risk and Compliance**
