**Sr. Supervisor,Infrastructure Controls**

**Main Purpose**

The IT Controls Sr Analyst will lead the governance activities for the Global Compute team and ensure all Control and Process owners meet their monthy, quarterly, and annual SOX requirements for reporting. The Sr Analyst will also lead the Service Improvement Plan (“SIP”) for IT Controls that report as “Failing” including identification of required remediation work across cross functional teams, timelines, and accountability for the operators moving to a “Pass” state.This role will also maintain dashboards for Global Compute IT Control and provide execute level content on overall IT Controls health. The role will work closely with the IT Risk Management Practice.

**Accountabilities**
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual governance of IT Control operation within PepsiCo
- Collaborate with Corporate Controls org to identify initiatives, develop remediation strategies, and report on Control failure reduction with an emphasis on SOX
- Govern Control and Process owner adherence to Global Control Standard (GCS) policies and procedures
- Ensure proper communications and update of Controls
- Monitors for Control failures including proactive identification during testing cycles to prevent SOX failures
- Operate as Subject Matter Expert for IT Controls in Global Compute org to lead re-design, enhancement, and retirement efforts
- Lead IT Controls harmonization efforts to eliminate duplicate and low value add cycles
- Govern automated deployment of patches
- Shares responsibility in resolving issues using best practice ITIL incident/problem management processes
- Partners with business, IT backline teams and other technology partners to prioritize IT Control based risk monitoring of critical global infrastructure and SOX servers
- Partners with external vendors to ensure PepsiCo expectations and needs are met
- Partners with infrastructure and/or IT support team management (Platforms, DB, DR, Data Center, SAP BASIS) to ensure risks to PepsiCo are properly documented in a Risk Matrix, related to processes and monitored using IT Controls
- Provide frequent updates, reports and communication to stakeholders
- Provide quality assurance of services and ensures the team meets expectations
- Ensure alignment with global processes and standards
- Strong ITIL Process Skills - Incident Management, Problem management, Change management Configuration management.

oDemonstrate proficiency in Operating Systems, Databases, IT Security, and Physical Security of Data Centers and managing of risks in the focuses
- Align with and support the Global IT Risk Management process

Qualifications:
**Education/requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, information security or equivalent work experience

Work Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience operating IT Controls with an emphasis on compliance and reporting
- Experience writing Control Testing techniques
- Experience collecting and documenting complex processes including Visio based diagrams and swin lanes
- Experience supporting complex technical solutions in either Infrastructure, Databases, or Platforms
- Experience supporting technical audience and non-technical audience in understanding IT Control processes

**Non Technical Skills**
- An understanding of business needs and commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the business
