**Job Description**:

- Fully understand company's products and develop customers in Mexico market.
- Introduce product functions detail and DEMO to customer.
- Manage all steps of the selling process and close new business and get PO/Revenue according to targets, objectives, and plans.
- Provide configuration service to customer after customer onboard.
- Work closely with technical product team to promote product, R&D, and data related stakeholders to ensure that the requirements are met with high quality.

Requirement
- College Degree with more than 5 years of sales-related experience, preferably in contact center, BPO or SaaS software.
- Strong cross-cultural communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Strong problem solving skills and technical skills.
- Sufficient knowledge and insights regarding the development of B2B communication sector, both locally and globally.
- Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin) preferred.
