**L1 Tech support Jr. Bilingual**
**Training**: Onsite 4 weeks. San Nicolas de los Garza
**Must have**: Basic Troubleshooting skills and fluent English, customer service and call center experience.
**Hybrid Scheme**: 3 days a month in the Office, the rest of the month Home Office.
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, weekends off.
**Monthly gross salary**: $17,500 MXN monthly.
