We are currently looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Global Manager who oversees and leads our global Transition and Transformation teams.

**Responsibilities**:
Review and approve bids and solutions, considering technical, planning, timelines, financials, staffing, and service aspects.
Provide input and contribute to the development of business strategy and planning.
Participate in staff recruitment, training, and retention initiatives to build high-performing teams.
Engage in meetings with senior members of customer management, acting as a trusted advisor.
Willingness to travel as the business requires
Collaborate with portfolio owners and vendors as part of tribes to drive effective collaboration and produce continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in project and account steering committees to provide insights and make informed decisions.
Review and adjust strategies based on pipeline information, market trends, and business needs.
Set priorities and make tough business decisions to drive efficiency and optimize outcomes.
Mentor and develop team members and peers, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.
Track and assess skills within teams to identify training needs and address competency gaps.
Demonstrate a global mindset, understanding the complexities of international operations and adapting strategies accordingly.
Maintain a high level of customer intimacy, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Reviewing Digital Workplace technical documentation

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree of equivalent in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

ITIL V4

Required Skills and Experience

**Knowledge of digital workplace services including**:
a. (ITAM (HAM & SAM),
b. DaaS (device as a service), DSS (device subscription service)
c. Accessibility

Experience in T&T’s
Extensive experience in a similar senior management role, preferably in a global organization.
English language B2+
Strong understanding of Digital Workplace, project management methodologies, and bid approval processes.
Proven track record of strategic thinking and driving business growth.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
Crisis management experience and the ability to operate under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective long-term relationships.
Strong business acumen with the capability to make tough decisions.
Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
Familiarity with risk management and mitigation strategies.
Ability to navigate through constant organizational changes and foster adaptability.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
