The Regional Quality S&R Manager will be accountable for ensure the respect of all the Safety & Regulations requirements in accordance with the FIS standards in both the Program and Plant level.

Your responsibilities will include:

Involvement in DFMEA’s to make sure all S&R requirements have been addressed (example: traceability, fastening, welding, rework under control, etc.)

Participate in the definition of the process controls for S&R Characteristics (Poke Yoke, etc.)

Apply order and cleaning (5's) in your position.

Involvement in prototype CP development to ensure S&R Characteristics are respected.

Analysis of all S/R records and S/R testing result generated during prototype building.

Involvement in the CV/DV testing (S&R related) ensuring that DV test are met %. Maintain master samples and all S&R documentation has been generated according with technical and legal requirements.

Ensure that in all cases, required S&R Quality assurance is clearly defined and included in the

investment plan.

Ensure that all LL experienced during developments stage have been transferred to the process developments stage.

Ensure that S&R capability studies are performed on time, meeting capability requirements.

Ensure that all people involved with S&R operations and characteristics are % trained.

Ensure that S&R CP is properly developed and % consistent with the reality on the shop floor.

Ensure that every planned change during developments stage for S&R is % implemented before SOP (Start of Production.)

Ensure % respects of CP 20 questions.

Ensure % Continuous conformance testing (LAT) accomplishment for each facility.

Ensure margin testing (if applicable) is successfully completed and meets variable production limits and capability is ensured.

Ensure Archives of S&R records in each plant. A map to trace such records must be available.

Support Yellow and Red alerts action plan according with Faurecia requirements in conjunction with the site Quality Manager.

Ensure that all S&R processes are capable.

Ensure that S&R PY are always under control and working perfectly.

Communication between Faurecia Corporation and NAO.

Reporting monthly S&R Alerts status to corporate.

Confirm S&R related PV testing complete and successful.

Specific customer requirements management.

Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.

Key requirements:

Master’s degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent experience.

Fluent English

Control plans, D/PFMEA’s, QFD, Process Audits, DOE’s, Key Characteristic management, 8D/Corrective action skills, APQP, MSA, SPC, & PPAP.

Experience with OEM specific quality requirements.

Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills.

Basic skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint).

Ability to work in a matrix organization.
