Actualmente, estamos buscando un Ingeniero de Diseño y Liberación de Chasis habilidoso y motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo dinámico. Como Ingeniero de Diseño y Liberación de Chasis, serás responsable del diseño, desarrollo, temporización y lanzamiento de producción de los componentes del chasis. Colaborarás con equipos interfuncionales para garantizar el diseño y desarrollo precisos de los sistemas de chasis, y contribuirás a la mejora continua de los procesos de diseño y liberación.

**Requisitos**:

- Título universitario en Ingeniería Mecánica o Ingeniería Eléctrica, o equivalente.
- Experiência de 2 a 3 años en ingeniería, diseñando y desarrollando los siguientes elementos: Componentes de chasis, Partes estructurales del chasis, Sistemas de dirección, Sistemas de suspensión o Chasis en general (componentes o sistemas).
- Experiência previa en el diseño, validación y fabricación de componentes de acero estampado, ensamblajes soldados y fundiciones.
- Conocimiento profundo de los procesos de formación de acero de alta resistencia/aluminio, parámetros de soldadura y GD&T.
- Experiência y conocimiento en compuestos y procesos de producción de compuestos.
- Experiência con OEM o proveedores en diseño y lanzamiento.
- Experiência/conocimiento en Análisis de Modo y Efectos de Falla de Diseño (DFMEA) y Plan y Reporte de Verificación de Diseño (DVP&R) y planes de validación.
- Experiência en creación y edición de BoM's.
- Experiência previa y conocimiento de pruebas físicas de componentes estructurales.
- Experiência en diseño, desarrollo y validación de componentes y sistemas, incluyendo pruebas de banco a nível de sistema y pruebas a nível de vehículo para sistemas de dirección.
- Comprensión técnica del diseño virtual de componentes estructurales - CAE para modelado de fatiga y resistencia.
- Conocimiento de Diseño para Seis Sigma (DFSS) y/o Cinturón Verde/Negro Reactivo.
- Experiência en lanzamiento en planta de BIW es una ventaja.
- Conocimiento de CAE/Dinámica de Fluidos Computacional (CFD).
- Conocimiento o experiência en análisis de bus CAN/LIN y circuitos.
- Excelentes habilidades en Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel y Outlook).
- Conocimiento de CATIA V5 es una ventaja.
- Conocimiento de procesos de fundición y moldeo por inyección es una ventaja.
- Posibilidad de viajar, pasaporte válido y visa preferible.
- Nível de inglés intermedio-avanzado.
