We are seeking a Dispatcher in our Querétaro, México remote operations center.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordinate and schedule transportation operations, ensuring timely pick-ups and deliveries.**:

- **Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to address inquiries, delays, or issues.**:

- **Monitor driver performance and route efficiency, providing support as needed.**:

- **Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including schedules, delivery logs, and driver reports.**:

- **Address and resolve operational challenges promptly and professionally.**:

- **Collaborate with the operations team to optimize routes and minimize costs.**:

- **Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Previous experience in transportation dispatching or logistics coordination preferred.**:

- **Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).**:

- **Proficient in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.**:

- **Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.**:

- **Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.**:

- **Familiarity with California’s transportation routes and regulations is a plus.**
