**The **Opportunity**:
Responsible for the oversight, development and delivery of all global HR administrative and operational related activity including but not limited to workforce analytics, benefits and associated policies, and all relevant HR Information Systems. Manage the HR Solutions, Analytics, and HR Services teams responsible for all data input
- Supervise and manage the Transaction Delivery team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of HR transactions such as new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze transactional processes to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for transaction processing.
- Manage and resolve complex employee inquiries and issues escalated by the team.
- Drive the adoption of HR technologies and digital tools to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, transaction volumes, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

**EXPERIENCE**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR service delivery, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
- High proficiency in English language both written and spoken
- Proficiency in other regional language desirable

**OTHER**
- Shift: 5:30am - 2:30pm MXC
- All positions will follow current in-office requirements, specific to the office location.

- The salary for these positions will be determined based on the market rates for the location in which the role is based.
