**Regional Manager**

**Requisitos**:

- Edad: 25-45 años
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería industrial, civil, eléctrico, Administración de Empresas o áreas relacionadas.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en gestión de proyectos de energías renovables, construcción, operación y mantenimiento de parques solares.
- Disponibilidad de viaje.
- Inglés intermedio - avanzado.

**Objetivo del puesto**:
Su misión principal es liderar la ejecución de proyectos de energías renovables en una región específica, supervisando la implementación y operación de los parques solares. Además, se encarga de coordinar y colaborar con el equipo de ingeniería y construcción, así como con el equipo de ventas y desarrollo de negocios para asegurar el éxito del proyecto.

**Retos y responsabilidades**:

- Liderar la ejecución de proyectos de energías renovables en la región asignada, supervisando la construcción, implementación y operación de los parques solares.
- Coordinar y colaborar con el equipo de ingeniería y construcción, asegurando que los proyectos se construyan a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto, y cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad y seguridad.
- Trabajar con el equipo de ventas y desarrollo de negocios para identificar oportunidades de proyectos en la región, y asegurar que los proyectos cumplan con los objetivos de la empresa y los requisitos de los clientes.
- Mantener una buena relación con los clientes y otros stakeholders relevantes en la región, y asegurar que la comunicación sea efectiva y oportuna.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones y leyes locales relacionadas con la construcción y operación de parques solares.
- Coordinar con el equipo de ingeniería y construcción para asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos, presupuestos y estándares de calidad y seguridad, asegurar la satisfacción total del cliente.
- Supervisar y monitorear el progreso de los proyectos, identificando y resolviendo problemas y riesgos potenciales.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas y desarrollo de negocios para identificar oportunidades de proyectos en la región, y asegurar que los proyectos cumplan con los objetivos de la empresa y los requisitos de los clientes.
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva y oportuna con los clientes y otros stakeholders relevantes en la región.
- Coordinar con el equipo de cumplimiento regulatorio para asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones y leyes locales.
- Reportar al PM avances de obra, reportes diarios y semanales.
- Llevar control de documentación para trámites ante CFE, calidad, garantías, fichas técnicas, planos, entre otras, a través de carpetas de proyectos.

**Conocimientos técnicos**:

- Conocimientos técnicos sólidos en paneles solares, sistemas eléctricos y energía renovable, también debe estar familiarizado con los estándares de la industria para la implementación de proyectos de energía renovable.
- Certificaciones en gestión de proyectos, construcción y energías renovables son deseables.
- Conocimientos en regulaciones y leyes locales relacionadas con la construcción y operación de parques solares.
- Conocimiento en metodología PMI.
- Conocimiento de metodologías de lean construction.
- Conocimiento en costos de construcción y volumetría de obra.
- Conocimiento en sistemas de gestión integrado. (calidad, ambiental, seguridad e higiene)

**Paquetería requerida**:

- Microsoft office
- Debe estar familiarizado con herramientas de gestión de proyectos como Microsoft Project o herramientas similares. También debe estar familiarizado con software especializado para la supervisión y el análisis de paneles solares, como PVsyst o similares.
