Completed BA/BS degree from an accredited university or college.
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources leadership role(s) in shipping/logistics distribution centers, manufacturing or retail companies evidencing strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies.
- Experience supporting hourly employee client groups of +2,500.
- Prior experience leading, coaching and, mentoring direct reports.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations (Ley Federal de Trabajo)
- English and Spanish proficiency (C1+ level)
- Experience leading/facilitating performance, talent management, succession planning processes.
- Experience driving recognition programs, engagement and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

This role reports to the Head of HR Mexico, and is the HR partner to the regional leaders of FC MX. The HRMs & HR Site POCs in FCs will report to the Regional HR Manager. The location of the role is based in Mexico City.

**The Sr. Regional HR Manager has three critical deliverables**:

・Build big leaders who care - about customers, about their people, about results.

The Sr. Regional HR Manager is responsible for all areas of HR for their client group - including developing a strategic partnership with its business leaders, recruiting, associate engagement, leadership and talent development, performance management, organizational development, compensation and communications.

The Sr. Regional HR Manager will also be an active member of the HR network, driving and supporting global initiatives with team members in LATAM.

Finally, the person in this role will be responsible for ongoing HR improvements to ensure we provide the best associate experience, while providing critical leadership and coaching to business leaders.
- Master’s degree or MBA in HRM.
- Experience working in world class manufacturing, automotive or logistics companies.
- Demonstrated success proven through steady career progression within varied HR roles for the last 7 - 10 years.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on driving results.
- Data driven professional with analytical skills including the understanding of metrics to support plans and monitor performance.
- Proven ability to diagnose issues, drawing on both professional experience and strategic thinking skills, and drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative.
