About the team
The LATAM Product Strategy & Operations team at TikTok is a dynamic and diverse group focused on driving the success of TikTok's product offerings in Latin America.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of Product Marketing Managers across our brand and performance solutions in SPLA (Spanish Speaking LATAM countries), LATAM
- Build the communication bridge between in-market and global teams, and lead cross-functional collaboration for product planning and launch with Sales leadership, Product Management, Marketing Science, etc
- Develop and support the team through setting priorities, unblocking issues, continual feedback, and career development
- Define and execute the short-term and long-term product strategy for TikTok advertising solutions in LATAM including product positioning, value propositions, areas of growth, and future investment potential for the market
- Develop and execute market programs, initiatives, and sales enablement activities to increase the adoption of key products and solutions
- Analyze, evaluate, and synthesize market opportunities, in-market feedback, and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps
- Monitor, research, and analyze the data of the market by industry, dig up problems and opportunities
- Act as the voice of the market in the product, synthesize market insights and collaborate with product and global/regional teams to identify solutions
- Sales enablement and product training
- Willing to roll up sleeves and be willing to step in and guide the market teams where needed.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 5 years of experience in digital advertising or relevant experience with a strong focus on performance/direct response marketing and app marketing with experience positioning products and building product strategy in the market.
- Good understanding of SPLA / LATAM advertising and business landscape
- Experience leading a team and as a people manager with strong leadership skills, whether with direct team or indirectly with cross-functional teams
- Ability to motivate team and drive outcomes, unblocking issues where needed
- Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and collaborating closely across teams
- Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
- A commercial and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data in storytelling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 3 years of experience in SQL, Data Visualization, and reporting experience
- Language: Intermediate Portuguese
