**Misión**

Responsable de CMGI, será responsable de integrar la data de Consumidor y el análisis de Mercado recomendaciones estrategicas para GENERAR a partir de la DATA (de Consumidor y Mercado) recomendaciones y estrategías integradas de CRECIMIENTO

**Responsabilidades Principales**:
1. Identificar y Comunicar oportunidades de Crecimiento de SOM (Market Share) a total categorías usando el triangulo de SOM: objetivo, forecast y oportunidades cuantificadas.Crear foros de seguimiento con los equipos asociadas a acciones y esfuerzo comerciales de manera continua dependiendo el negocio que va de lo bimestral a lo trimestral.

2.Analizar con la Data y casos cuantificados de la variable de DISTRIBUCIÓN que permita identificar oportunidades de crecimiento para los negocios por canales (Autoservicios, Tradicional y Proximidad)

3. Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento a traves del análisis de la Data de Consumo de hogares y de la creación de casos, planes y acciones de CRECIMIENTO para los negocios para incrementar PENETRACION y de FRECUENCIA del consumo de nuestras marcas.

4. Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento a futuro para las iniciativas claves del MBS las acciones de CRECIMIENTO analizando la data de Nielsen, IQVIA, Kantar panel y Nielsen panel para generar oportunidades y tendencias futuras de crecimiento de canales.

5- Identificar a traves de información disponible (tendencias de consumo) o a traves de agencias (workshops de ideación y de gestión del portafolio), y siguiendo el proceso de Gestión de la innovación de "Runway" las oportunidades de innovación incremental para el portafolio existente de las marcas.

6- Analizar, identificar y comunicar a traves de los estudios de salud de marca las oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento en en el Brand Funnel de las marcas

7. Analizar e identificar oportunidades en la comunicación de las marcas que permita accionar y desarrollar la comunicación de acuerdo al objetivo de estrategia de las marcas

**Experiências Clave**:
1. Licenciatura en Administrativo, Marketing, Negocios, Ingenieria Industrial

2. Inglés avanzado

3. De 5 a 8 años en Herramientas de Comunciación de pretest (Kantar, Ipsos), Estudios y pruebas de Brand Health, Pruebas de productos (Innovación o mejora) y Proyectos de desarrollo de Innovación, comunicación en empresasa de consumo o de servicios.
