**Job Description**:
**Our Client**:
Our client is a leading manufacturer of premier tableware which delivering their exquisite products to five-star hotels, top-tier airlines, and high-end department stores. They are looking for an Account Executive to join their team

**The Responsibilities**:
・Ensure punctual and accurate monthly closing and financial reporting to Management
・Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements

**・Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.**: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
・Lliaise with internal/external parties to support intercompany activities
・Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per management instructions
・Coordinate with external parties like auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
・Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CPF etc.,), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
・Proper tax transactions in consultation with external auditors and tax agents
・Assist in new processes and system implementation upon requirements
・Handling bank documents including L/C (Letter of Credit) for trading
・Purchasing and ad-hoc requirements for office operation and maintenance
・Negotiation with outer parties such as suppliers, insurers, bankers, in order to optimize office operation
・Submitting documents that are required by government
・Ad-hoc assist of documentation which is requested by management personnels.

・Min 3 years in related experience
・Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc)
・Basic knowledge in logistics/ shipment (Air/Sea Freight and couriers)
