Charger Logistics is a world-class asset-based carrier, we specialize in delivering your assets, on time and on budget. With our diverse fleet of equipment, we can handle a range of freight, including dedicated loads, specialized hauls, temperature-controlled goods and HAZMAT cargo.

We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team at our Mexicali BC, office. Your primary role will be to assist us with maintaining files and paperwork and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

*** English fluency is a must**

*** Shift availability**:
**3:00 pm to 11:00 pm - alternate weekends**

**Responsibilities**:

- Track and Trace On time pick-ups and deliveries
- Coordinate with Customer Service representative’s coverage of customer shipment program
- Search for available equipment to cover customer shipments
- Check the internal system daily to validate empty and loaded equipment in the area
- Validate with Mexican carriers the equipment meets all customer requirements to load
- Coordinate with carriers’ pick-ups and deliveries of shipments
- Create contracts for the Mexico portion of the order
- Update contracts through the system
- Ensure to close contracts on a timely manner
- Validate contract rates before closing contracts
- Follow up with Mexican Carriers to ensure carrier portal is updated daily Requirements

**Requirements**:

- 2 - 3 years of preview experience in logistics operations
- College diploma or university degree preferred
- Good knowledge about Trucks rules and regulations.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English.
- Morning shift and Alternate weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- High level of personal integrity, objectivity, and honesty.
