**Retos a los que te enfrentas en esta posición**:

- Ejecutar las estrategias de people determinadas para la sucursal (s) en la que tiene base, asegurando la ejecución, participación, e integración de todo el equipo en las actividades definidas, con el fin de lograr estabilidad en los integrantes y sea un pilar para el óptimo desempeño del negocio Provident.
- Proveer de asesorías a los lideres de negocio en cuanto a gente
- Contribuir con iniciativas que fomenten la integración de los equipos y el buen ambiente de trabajo.
- Integrar Talento que se enfoque a la atención de nuestros clientes con amabilidad, cercanía y transparencia con el fin de Construir un mundo mejor a través de la inclusión financiera.

**Si eres una persona que cuenta con**:

- Lic. en LAE, Psicología, Ing. Industrial y/o Especialización en DO, DH, Gestión de Talento
- Edad 30 a 35 años
- Disponibilidad para viajar a cuautla e Izúcar 90% del tiempo.
- Experiência mínima de 4 años en RH/L&D/DO en posición similar, en gestión de proyectos y gestión del talento
- Conocimientos en Reclutamiento y Selección de posiciones operativas, Desarrollo Organizacional, Gestión del Talento, Capacitación y Entrenamiento, Competencias, Evaluación de Desempeño, Clima Organizacional, Indicadores en RH y Desarrollo de planes y programas para sucesión
- Gestión de bases de datos y correlación de KPI´s de negocio vs RH
- Manejo Microsoft Office (P.P y Excel) Intermedio
- Inglés Básico
- Un enfoque hacia las personas, adaptable, proactivo, enfocado en el negocio y que tiene un excelente nível de solución a problemas
- Demuestra tener comportamientos asociados a las competencias y valores de Provident: Respeto, Responsabilidad y Transparencia.
