As a **Sales Executive Representative,** your primary responsibility is leading business development efforts to strengthen and expand our presence in the US and LATAM markets.

Some of your responsibilities but not limited to are:

- Proactively identify and entice new potential customers, utilizing your sales expertise to generate interest and convert leads into loyal clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize each customer relationship's value, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service and support, leveraging team resources to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed established objectives.
- Make effective presentations of logistics services to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure delivery of high quality services.
- Maintain constant communication with customers to identify new opportunities and resolve issues.
- Track logistics and transportation market trends to identify new areas of growth.

**Minimum requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in sales, transportation and logistics-related.
- Proficiency with CRM related to logistics is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract.
- **Place**: Remote Monterrey.
- **Compensation**:$18.000 + commissions
