Customer Support Agent

Role
As a Customer Support Agent at Research Solutions, you will take part in our customer care activities by providing information about our products, and efficiently answering questions and resolving situations that our clients may face and need assistance with.
This is a remote position based in Mexico, and reports to the Customer Support Team Lead.
**Requirements**:
- University Degree in Science (Biotechnology preferred, Chemistry, Biology, Health Sciences can also be considered) or wide experience in Customer Service in English (including phone calls)
- Fluent in English both written and spoken (Customer Service Agents will participate in meetings with our international staff as well as take calls from customers in the US and Europe)
- Experience with Zendesk preferred
- Able to work independently and in remote teams
- Work schedule: Monday-Friday 1am to 10am
