Overview:
THE ROLE:
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

- Coordinate privacy training programs and promote awareness among company employees and independent distributors.
- Implement and maintain the company’s privacy policies and procedures.
- Conduct research on privacy and data protection laws, regulations, and standards.
- Support the classification, retention, and disposal of personal data records across company systems and processes.
- Assist with the privacy aspects of the global Incident Management Program, including incident investigation, compliance with reporting requirements, and remediation efforts.
- Track and report on the latest privacy developments, trends, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in a legal, compliance, audit/risk, or other relevant role.
- Data privacy experience preferred.
- Experience with reporting and communication at all levels.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Pursuing/in progress CIPP/A, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPT and/or CIPM certification by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
