We are currently seeking a IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

**Infrastructure Manager Role**

Seeking an highly experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead a highly skilled team of server, storage and network engineers. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of BanCoppel's IT Infrastructure. You will supervise the day-to-day operations of the infrastructure team and provide strategic oversight to their projects and participation in larger interdepartmental initiatives. You will provide hands-on technical expertise to your team, provide coaching, and oversee their continued development. You will play a critical role in coordinating with other business units and external vendors, defining infrastructure priorities, and ensuring your team's procedures align with the organization's overall business strategy.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manages and maintains IT infrastructure services, including ongoing support of BanCoppel's software portfolio, evaluation of new products, equipment acquisition and installation, training, and ongoing support.
- Maintain and optimize BanCoppel's servers, storage and networks (LAN, WAN, and Wireless).
- Coordinate the efforts of the IT Infrastructure team and monitors support queues to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Implement modern ITIL & ITSM practices to support platform operations in terms of scalability, availability, security, and resiliency.
- Define and implement IT policies and security policies across the organization aligning to ITIL & ITSM best practices.
- Actively participates in ongoing maintenance, testing, and governance of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Identifies and recommends emerging solutions to improve security, efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability.
- Implements processes, procedures, and effective security monitoring for proactive identification and resolution of potential issues.
- Manage relationships, contracts with vendors (e.g., Service Providers, Software and Hardware vendors, and telecommunication companies.).

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science related field or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure or related field.
- 5+ years in a leadership/management role.

- Strong business acumen, planning, and organizational skill.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Strong leadership skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, motivating others, and relationship building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good presentation skills, develop and present material that is concise and effective across all technical levels.
