**Job summary**:
Assistant manager will assist the COPS managers in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, identifying shortfalls to drive improvements, Ensures SOPs compliance and driving COPs performance.
**Key responsibilities**:
- **Operations**:
1. Maintaining high levels of staffing, ensuring efficient communications and developing team Members.
2. Assist in managing daily operations, make sure proper communication is shared with account manager regarding unassigned & dark posts, sourcing attempts, etc.
3. Supervise staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
4. Monitor staffing levels, dark posts, and maintain accurate records.
5. Implement company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- **Support**:
1. Provide exceptional support, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
2. Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (SVPs, account managers, etc).
Team management:
1. Support recruiting, train, and develop team members to achieve business objectives.
2. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and coach staff.
3. Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
- **Performance improvement**:
1. Analyze data, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve schedule efficiency and reducing UBOT.
3. Collaborate with the account managers to achieve targets (Dark posts, UBOTs, leakage).
- **Administrative**:
1. Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee records.
2. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
3. Assist with ad-hoc requests:
