**INSTACART Customer Care HOME OFFICE / On site**

Conduent is looking for bilingual (English/Spanish) agents for customer service

**Training starts February 12th 2024**

Working from home after training and nesting (1 month on site)

We support a company that operates a grocery delivery and pick-up service in the United States and Canada, specifically we support the shoppers, our customer service is dedicated on all the situation that they might have before, during or after shopping such a decline payment, items out of stock, unable to find the address, inquiries about their payments, etc.

- Schedules from 6am a 11pm (employees working from site) 1 day off on weekends and 1 within the week.

**Requirements**:

- Full Availability to work on different schedules
- Customer care experience
- Chat Experience is desirable
- Excellent typing skills (38WPM)
- Fluent English
- Good Grammar skills
- Computer skills
- Internet at home (25 MBPS)
