**El Rol**

El Vicepresidente de Operaciones de Paisajismo trabajará junto a nuestro CEO para garantizar el desarrollo comercial dentro de nuestros mercados objetivo. Esta persona construirá un equipo que muestre un servicio excepcional e impulse la lealtad con los clientes existentes mientras busca oportunidades para construir nuevas relaciones.

**Las responsabilidades incluyen, pero no se limitan a**:

- Revise los contratos y las órdenes de cambio con la frecuencia necesaria para asegurarse de que todas las órdenes de cambio estén actualizadas.
- Liderar reuniones de producción para revisar el progreso y discutir posibles cambios en los proyectos.
- Capacidad para comprender e interpretar a fondo los planes de diseño y construcción, ya que se relacionan con el cumplimiento preciso de la construcción, la licitación precisa, la programación y los plazos del proyecto.
- En última instancia, supervisar múltiples proyectos de construcción personalizados, incluida la planificación, organización, horas de mano de obra, programación, dirección, control de la construcción y los oficios a través de inspecciones hasta su finalización.
- Manténgase al tanto de las tendencias del mercado, realice análisis competitivos regulares y comparta los hallazgos con el equipo.
- Supervisar e impulsar los esfuerzos de ventas para garantizar que una división operativa específica represente lo mejor en diseño, producción y servicio al cliente.
- Visite los sitios de trabajo de forma continua para monitorear la calidad del trabajo. Dar retroalimentación constante y dirección correctiva.

**Cualificaciones y experiência**
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Agricultura, Horticultura o Arquitectura del Paisaje.
- Nível experto demostrado de conocimiento y habilidad en operaciones de paisaje, incluida la gestión de proyectos, seguridad, presupuesto, control de calidad y capacitación y desarrollo de los miembros del equipo.
- 5+ años de experiência en la industria.
- Comprensión profunda de la mano de obra, el costo del trabajo, la lectura de planes y saber cómo ejecutar planes de manera rentable.
- Altamente motivado con un fuerte sentido de urgencia e impulso para tener éxito.
- Historial comprobado de cumplimiento de plazos (a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto) y capacidad para prestar mucha atención a los detalles importantes de cada proyecto.
- Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva, respectivamente y profesional, manteniendo una actitud positiva.
- Historial comprobado en el entrenamiento de miembros del equipo en un mayor rendimiento.
- Debe hablar inglés.
- Elegible para una visa TN.
