Descripción y detalle de las actividades
Diseñar e implementar programas de formación adecuados a las necesidades de los empleados.
Colaborar con otros departamentos para identificar las competencias necesarias y las áreas de mejora.
Crear materiales de entrenamiento, guías y recursos para los empleados.
Analizar el rendimiento de los empleados y las habilidades actuales para identificar áreas donde se requiere formación.
Realizar entrevistas o encuestas para conocer las expectativas y necesidades del personal.
Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan anual de capacitación
Coordinación de inducción
Cumplimiento de los KPIs del departamento de entrenamiento
Experiência y requisitos
Licenciatura concluida
Ingles: Intermedio
4 años de experiência en puesto similar
Conocimiento legal de STPS
Gestion adecuada de los cursos a implementar
Manejo de personal
Habilidad para comunicar en grupos de trabajo
Manejo de sistema Tress
Manejo de Microsoft office
