Estamos contratando representantes de ventas de PLM para expandir nuestro negocio en zona Bajío y norte. Se requiere trabajar con ejecutivos de nível C de compañías de fabricación discreta en el sector automotriz, aeroespacial, equipo industrial y productos de consumo para aumentar los ingresos al ayudar a mejorar la productividad, optimizar las iniciativas de fabricación y mantener los requisitos de cumplimiento al mercado.

**Responsabilidades**
- Desarrollar una estrategia comercial para la prospección de nuevas clientes, coordinar con marketing campañas y eventos la región.
- Mantener un pronóstico de ventas preciso.
- Experiência en ciclos de ventas mayores a 6 meses.
- Conocimiento en procesos de ingeniería y/o manufactura
- Construir relaciones con ejecutivos clave gerentes de ingeniería y manufactura.
- Debe poseer una comprensión técnica de los objetivos comerciales del cliente para trazar una estrategia comercial para la venta de software y capacitación
- Gestionar las actividades de ventas, ventas internas y marketing.

**Requisitos mínimos y habilidades**
- Licenciatura
- 5 años de experiência exitosa en ventas con enfoque en soluciones de software empresarial
- Experiência en negocios B2B
- Contar con habilidades comprobadas de prospección
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita combinadas con habilidades de presentación muy sólidas.
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de su territorio (requerido)
- Disponibilidad para cambiar de domicilio
- Fuertes habilidades de Microsoft Office, y manejo de CRM (Zoho de preferencia)
- Contar con auto propio
- Trabajo presencial de lunes a viernes con horario de 9 a 6.

Contratación directa Sueldo fijo + comisiones + prestaciones por encima de la ley.

Bonos de productividad con respecto al cumplimiento de objetivos.

Salario: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
- Turno matutino
