**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The main purpose of the role is to execute US portfolio services for the payroll catalog leveraging the Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfillment for the Service Ops population

and

**Your Impact**

As HR Ops Analyst US your functions would consist of:

- Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Service Ops.
- Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfillment of requirements
- Capture information in payroll systems.
- Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing data sources to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.
- Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery
- Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues
- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Related Field

**Experience**
- Experience in payroll, accounting, or finance processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Advanced English skills
