**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The role is responsible for planning, controlling, and coordinating Human Resources (HR) initiatives, acting as a strategic business partner for regional accounts and proximity teams. Key duties include advising on HR matters, managing risks, ensuring compliance, and delivering on HR requirements.
The position supports HR strategies related to talent development, labor relations, and strategic projects, while also functioning as a liaison between sales teams and HR. Additionally, the role involves serving as a PMO for specific controlling requirements, overseeing the governance model for accounts, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
**Your Impact**
As HR Analyst your functions would consist of:
- ** Ensure the Governance Model of HC Control** for the Large Format Regional and National Accounts, and Small Format Proximity teams.
- ** Ensure consistency of information** in HR systems through frequent monitoring of these teams.
- ** Support in resolving internal and external labor**, ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations and company policies.
- ** Ensure excellence in execution of HR processes**, including acquisition, new hires, personnel movements, and separations.
- ** Consolidate monthly HR indicators** and present a standardized dashboard for these teams.
- ** Serve as a PMO for specific projects**.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- 1-3 year experience in Human Resources as a Generalist- Knowledge of KPIs (absenteeism and turnover) and union management- Intermediate/Advance English (fluent speaking)
- Soft skills: Assertive Communication - Decision Making - Leadership - Tolerance to Frustration - Proactive
- Softwares: SAP HR (nice to have)
