**International company looking for talent to join our team**
The Technical Support Specialist plays a critical role in providing specialized technical assistance to electric vehicle owners. This role involves responding to queries, resolving issues and providing guidance on usage, charging and other technical aspects related to electric vehicles.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond to telephone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide real-time technical assistance to resolve problems related to the operation, charging, connectivity and other functionalities of electric vehicles.
- Diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently, following established procedures and using appropriate diagnostic tools.
- Provide guidance and training to electric vehicle owners on optimal use of their vehicles, including battery management, route planning and optimizing energy efficiency.
- Accurately and completely document all technical problems reported by customers, as well as the solutions applied, using incident management systems.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or technical support, preferably in the automotive or technology sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in the language required for the position.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Detail orientation and problem solving skills.
