Tu reto será:
Proporcionar asistencia técnica y resolver problemas relacionados con el software, hardware o servicios de la organización.

¿Qué harás?:

- Resolver tickets utilizando la documentación. (Atlassian Jira y Salesforce)
- Gestionar todos los tickets de primer nível para su correcta resolución dentro del nível de servicio esperado.
- Escalar casos de alta complejidad a nível dos de soporte de ser necesario.
- Escalar casos recurrentes para su análisis.

¿Qué buscamos?:

- Más de 6 meses de experiência
- Ingeniería concluida
- Inglés intermedio
- Experiência en lectura y escritura de SQL.

Opcionales:

- Atención a clientes o usuarios.
- Conocimiento de framework Flask.
- Conocimiento de AWS.
- Conocimiento de Salesforce.
- Programación y desarrollo de software, preferiblemente Python.
- Conocimiento de Jira.
