STATEMENT:
The Sr. Market Manager is responsible for leading the Digital Office functions (as aligned with Global DO) for their assigned business unit / local market. These functions include:
1. Content Management, Curation, Scaling across region and Publishing across our digital assets.
2. Generate Technology and Digital marketing recommendations to help drive the business.
Must be able to partner with the front end of their assigned business units to understand the requirements of Commercial, Technology and Digital Marketing deliverables and translate the agreements into Digital Marketing deliverables that contribute to business growth or enablement.
This position will take the requirements to the Americas Director of Digital Commercial Realization, to be included in the resourcing and delivery pipeline and scale when applicable.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represents DO within their assigned business units to manage content and help scale regionally where applicable.
- Partners with business functions regional & subregional leaders to determine the commercial value, challenging demands & requests of individual market needs.
- Partners with distributors leadership to deeply understand pain & gain points.
- Partners with BRMs in GTS team to ensure technical requirements in terms of cost analysis & impact assessment.
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvements across the Functions and Herbalife.
- Aligns solutions with Enterprise Architecture framework.
- Works with regional digital analytics to develop digital OKRs & digital targets for markets.
- Builds and maintains a sustainable business relationship with subregional VPs & regional function leaders as well as other corporate executives where appropriate.
- Partners with the leadership team to deeply understand regional the business unit / local market strategy.
- Partners with product teams to understand value steam strategy to ensure regional new demands are aligned & helping us achieve both.

**Skills**:
- Proficient in Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing) including launching sites and publishing online.
- Ability to lead cross functionally on multiple stakeholder environments.
- Ability to identify, clarify and promote the best value-delivering opportunities for tech and digital investments.
- Ability to establish processes & lead through ambiguity.
- Demonstrated skills regarding influence, persuasion, communication, finance, and organizational change.
- Exceptional skills in presenting to all levels of leadership in large group settings as well as one-on-one interactions with Platform, BU, and functional leaders.
- Communicates with impact.
- Strength in synthesizing complex issues in a succinct and clear manner.
- Demonstrated interpersonal savvy capabilities, relates well to all kinds of people, builds appropriate rapport, ability to obtain results through influence and collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage through constructive conflict to deliver positive outcomes.
- Comfort with asking challenging and difficult questions to business and functional leaders.
Languages:
- Advanced in English.
**Experience**:
- BA/BS in MIS, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of Digital Marketing IT and business / industry work experience.
- Digital Analytics & Business Commercial Experience.
- Brand Management / CPG / Creative Management experience is a nice to have.
**Education**:
- Engineering, Marketing, Consumer’s Psychology.
