Sales Planning & Readiness Reporting & KPI lead (Anaplan and Power BI)

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**How you'll make your mark**:

- Lead and develop strategy & objectives to enable Anaplan Sales Planning reporting and KPIs to support the annual Readiness processes and on-going during the year in PowerBI. Anaplan for Sales Planning and Deployment processes including (Segmentation, Top Accounts, Coverage, Rostering, Quota deployment & Comp plans, Metrics, Workforce planning) including reporting and KPI’s alignment of processes requiring connected planning between Sales with Finance & HR.
- Responsible for defining reporting strategy & business requirements in and outside of Anaplan in PowerBI to support the planning processes in decision making reviews and signoffs as needed.
- Clearly articulate key metrics and information through visualizations to target audiences
- Stakeholder management including process SMEs, GEO SSP Planners and Leaders, Readiness Leads, and RSM to ensure meeting business needs and adoption.
- Work closely with Anaplan Solution Architect to understand the Data Model and Governance, Anaplan outbound requirements for Data Lake when using data in PBI reporting, keeping consistency, standards, simplicity.
- Development of strategic roadmap & requirements management and delivery
- On-going management & improvements required to support new GTM or Planning needs and Readiness for the annual cycle.
- Responsible for data dictionary build, maintenance and updates - in close collaboration with other functions if required

+ Power BI Development
- Development of PBI data requirements, dashboards, persona-based
- SIT, UAT and MTP/Deployment Support. User access management.
- Create a culture to enable Connected Planning with HR, Sales and Finance and break any
- Management of Data Dictionary, alignment across teams to ensure field names, definitions (+ UI user friendly names & fields) to ensure consistency between Anaplan & downstream usage/reporting in PBI and SFDC.

**About you**:

- Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent
- Typically 4 - 6 years’ work experience in Power BI and Anaplan, strategy, planning, or related functional area
- Extensive knowledge of Power BI and Anaplan.
- Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
- Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
- Very strong project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
- Developed leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and management.
- Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data.
- Advanced English
