Experiência:
- 3 años en la industria automotriz.
- Procesos en compra de materiales.
- Administración de proyectos.
- Interpretación de planos.
- APICS CPIM (deseable).
Descripción:
- Administrar el gasto de material commodity plasticos y derivados.
- Ejecutar estrategias de sourcing para nuevos proyectos.
- Mejorar términos de pago con proveedores.
- Realizar y documentar proyectos de ahorros con sus proveedores.
- Crear y mantener relaciones con los proveedores.
- Asegurar que proveedores cumplan con las expectativas en términos de
costo, entrega y servicio al cliente.
- Liderar procesos de sourcing limpios.
- Seguimiento a tiempos de herramentales.
- Cotización y entrega de cambio de diseño.
- Documentar y cobrar (Cost recoveries) de los proveedores.
- Manejo de BOM’s hasta introducción en series.
- Validación de proveedores nuevos.
- Conocimiento en PPAPs e IMDS, cumplimiento de fechas
