**Main Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and improve the competitiveness of operations through excellent execution of Quality processes, exceeding the needs of our clients through the use of technology.
- Improve the profitability of operations by supporting the maintenance of operating costs, controlling the appropriate level of operating resources, both capital and operating expenses, supporting their reduction and optimization.
- Innovating in processes using technology to achieve greater security, quality, deliveries and efficiency.
- Ensure the execution of OF and PD processes to achieve distinctive quality.

**What Skills You Need**:

- Advanced experience in Welding, intermediate in metal fab and basic in Machining.
- Advanced level in GD&T: Demonstrable experience in dimensional solutions, negotiations of geometric tolerances with clients, resolution of functionality/assembly problems
- Advanced knowledge in industrial engineering, with verifiable experience in design and balancing of welding lines, waste elimination.
- Intermediate knowledge of carbon metals: Iron/carbon diagrams, term treatments, UHSS steels, destructive and non-destructive tests: Porosities, penetrating liquids, tension, hardness.
- Experience in factory design and visual factory: Layouts, Materials presentation.
- Advanced knowledge of Core Tools, Experience in implementing new PDP products desirable.
- Knowledge of Product management: ME or QE workflows. SAP.
- Advanced data analysis: Logical and analytical interpretation of data:. Statistics, capacity: CP, CPK, consumption patterns and trends. Advanced Excel is essential, basic Power BI is a must, Power Apps is highly desirable.

**What Makes You Stand Out**:

- Knowledge and experience in financial procedures: ICT, Product Costing, Burden Rate, AFE, AFD, Overheads, Depreciation.
- Knowledge of Advanced Manufacturing and Smart connected factory
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions.
